Nice to see my portrait of M.I.T. sophomore Amelia Trainer used in this profile of her and her work computer modeling neutron behavior inside nuclear reactors. She was a treat to work with, so cooperative and willing to wander around the campus with me on a blustery as I photographed her.
I had an assignment to photograph the full moon behind a building under construction in South Boston, I went a couple of days early to scope out the idea location (with the help of The Photographer’s Ephemeris).
As I looked to the east for the moon, I took a quick peek over my shoulder back towards Boston’s financial district and POW, this sunset unfolded before me.
